How to delete Email auto-fill

Is there a way to remove old and incorrect emails or just ones like eBay that show up on the auto-fill when composing a message it's quite annoying. I've looked on google and the only one I found used iFile and ended up deleting all their contacts, is there a way to remove these using iFile?

There is a free tweak in Cydia called "AutoFill Eraser" (version 1.1). The tweak description reads:

[QUOTEThis app provides a way for user to clean up the email autofill entry list, where user might accidentally entered the wrong email address when he/she composes a mail, or the email address simply becomes obsolete. This help the user not to see any irrelevant email addresses from autofill when he/she composes an email.[/QUOTE]

Further on, it's mentioned that this tweak is "tested on iOS 5.0.1." I can attest, however, that it worked on my iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1.1. Of course and as always, YMMV.
