how do i undo the changes i made from my cydia

i am a very noob user of cydia, i was browsing the app and click on the changes option and hit the update button. after that it installed all the updates and now my phone doesn't have any signal! im using an iphone 3gs. i just recently asked somebody to jailbreak this and fixed the ios 6.0.1. please help me i dont know what to do

Delete what you installed by opening Cydia and go to Manage > Packages. Find what you installed and remove it

but how would i know what i installed? thats the problem sir i dont know what have i inStalled.

Thats why you have to be aware of what you're upgrading. Uninstall them one by one and see which one is the problem. Sam concept as knowing what you're buying, you wouldn't blindly buy something.

Uninstall 1 tweak/app from Cydia at a time until you get signal again. That's the only way since you didn't keep track of what you upgraded
