Hide on screen keyboard

Hi guys,
Ive got problem with this!
Some times im surfing on web,or writing a dairy or memo and i need to hide keyboard,does any one know how?
I googled it and i found that people just wanna hide it when they r composing a txt message!

I am not sure that can be done, unless you tap something in Safari or activate a link or search. In the Messages app you can just swipe the keyboard down.

Tho of you are jailbroken, there is a tweak in Cydia called "PullToDismiss" that allows you to always be able to dismiss the keyboard with a quick pull down, no matter where you are in the phone where the keyboard is active.

But it seems upgrading the version solves these kind of bugs...
Coz after updateing every thing works fine...☺
