Oh I get it. You're speaking of something like MyWi. I wouldnt suggest tethering this way bc Verizon is cracking down on users that use this method. My suggestion is to just pay that tethering cost.

I'm in the same boat. Anyways if you're not jailbroken I wouldn't be able to help you. So are you jailbroken? Mind that if you tether this way and Verizon catches onto it..they might make changes to your account without your consent
