Help!

My Iphone 4 has suddenly switched off and i have no idea why?!
it has been working perfectly fine in the month i have it and then out of the blue it seems to have broken.

Has this happened to anybody before? is there a way to reset?

Lots of info needed before anyone can give you a good answer. After switching off, does it ever come back on? Is it under warranty? Did the battery seem OK beforehand? Did you ever drop it or subject to high heat? Etc.......

There are a few things you can do... First try your basic reset. (Press home button 4 times. On 4th time hold home and power button at the same time) If that doesn't work plug it in and let it be for about a half hour. If you're still not getting any response I would just take it back. I could explain a very detailed way of correcting this issue but no offense I'd feel I was wasting my time. Hope this helped . Let us know

Try a reboot as described in the previous post. No need to press the home button 4 times however. Simply hold the power and home button until you see the apple logo... (about 10 seconds)
