Help with email please....

Hello, I currently cannot recieve e-mails from everyone, but i can send myself a e-mail and recieve it... i really dont understand... please help this is reallly bothering me....Thank You guys soo much...

What email service are you using? Google? Yahoo? Other?

Do you have push mail turned on or manual fetch? Does the email show up if/when you look it up on the computer?
