Lol. Yeah....

I'm assuming that since we have no idea what it is....he probably should not have installed it.

Probably some way outdated tweak from some unknown repo or something. Idk.lol.

That kind of stuff pertains to certain iOS's. Ya don't just install any unlocked and it works. The stuff has to be updated continuously.
