[HELP] apsd and gamed crazy battery drain?

As you can see in the screenshot there is a lot of background activity from 'gamed' and 'apsd'
Anybody know what these two are and how to reduce them or get rid of them?
I'm on iPhone 6 8.1 Pangu

I had already truned off background app refresh completely and signed out of gamecentre.

Install 'top' from Cydia and MTerminal. Run MTerminal, run the command 'top' without the apostrophes. Look for the PID of the 2 processes. Then run 'kill -9 <insert PID here>'. Afterwards, make sure you run 'q', otherwise TOP will continue to run in the background and drain your device even more than it is now.

Monitor the battery usage for the next couple of days to see if it comes back after a reboot or something.
