Do you have a external hard drive? If you're trying to transfer from your iPhone google a app called sharepod.

Welcome to the forum. You can use outlook to sync your contacts to your computer. As for musics and pictures, you will need to copy them manually from the phone to the computer, otherwise your itunes in your new computer will erase all informations in the phone.
