Is there any setup needed for video on the iphone 4s? My wife took some video of my son and sent it to me but it looks fuzzy and not clear like 1080 should. She took video from iphone 4s and sent it to my iphone 4s.

Video is automatically downsized when you send it phone to phone to stay within a certain size restriction. I don't know what that size is unfortunately. I suggest using one of of the cloud storage apps like Dropbox, Skydrive or Box.
