I am a new user (Iphone4) and have forgotten my password. I have tried to reset and get to the message about how to reset by email or answer security questions. I enter email and it says email sent however the email never arrives. I have tried multiple times and still do not get a email. I cant rember my security questions so, that doesn't work either. Can anyone shed any light on this problem. Kent

Oh. Was about to say. There's a reset function for the iPhone passcode? Lol. That's one of the problems with the AppleID service, it always takes forever to do so. If you can, try changing it through iTunes if you're logged on.
