Flashing alert help!

I dont know if I hit something or what, but lately when I get text messages and some emails it makes a camera flash when I receive it.

I dont know if I set something that way or not, but I really do not want any flash when I get messages. Any help?

Go to General-Accessibility- scroll down to LED for Alerts.....there you can turn it on or off.
