Fifth row icons!!!

I am not sure if this iPhone 5 specific issue has ever been discussed but did anyone realise that in iPhone 5 when new app is installed it never creates app shortcut on the fifth row? Is this only me or its just a general issue being ignored? I know it's pretty easy to just move the icon to the fifth row but its a bit weird.


I am on iOS 6.1.4 and not jailbroken.

Curious, are you expecting new apps to download to your first or second screen page?

In any screen if I have icons up-to 4th row, and I install an app it creates app icon on the following screen.
