Exchange iphone5.

Hi all, my iphon5 camera has gone wrong red flashing stripes. I got it off of eBay no receipt can I get it exchanged ?

your iphone 5 wil still be covered by Apples warranty,give Apple a ring and see what they can do.

It will be covered by apple warranty because they go by imei number, and every iPhone 5 has a year warranty on them

Got it sorted, phoned apple they told me to do a reset and a reinstall in iTunes. This seems to have cured the problem. They also gave me a report number just in case it didn't work. Can't fault apple really.

Hi thanks, you have to turn on share widget, it must have got turned off during the update.
