Email scroll at top. How to stop.

Most times after going from my email then to another screen, I get a one line scroll at the top of my page which scrolls my different ails. Is there a way to turn off this feature? Thanks.

Settings> Notifications> Mail. Select which mail service. Select off. Lower on screen select none under badges, alerts.
Soft reset. Should be good.
