EE replaced with 000-00

Hi all,


So I was just on my phone and I was typing a text and at the top where my signal usually says EE it changed to 000-00

Just wondering if anyone knows what this was or meant

Just contacted and they said that I was stuck between carriers ( my phone was not able to make calls ) I was advised to a) back up on itunes then b) reset. Have done backup, but resetting warns that purchased items will be lost. Now what do I do?!?

After you reset to factory condition, you can restore your iPhone from the backup you made. Everything that was lost during the restore will be replaced.
