downloading in Europe

Hello everybody, I bought an iphone 3gs in the states but a while ago moved to europe. Its working fine here but when I want to download something, a new agreement from apple appears and one of the points is that I cant download outside the US. Is that because I have an account in the states or what should I do? Please help...
