DoubleDock is a Cydia Tweak which will add a second row to your Springboard dock. Now this isn't the most elegant way of doing it but if that doesn't bother you, read on. While your dock doubles, you lose an icon row. So now you only have 3 icon rows on your Springboard and 2 for your dock. It's pretty cool that you can still swipe through your pages even though you only have 3 rows, but maybe that's just me. You can fit 10 icons on your DoubleDock now for quick access to applications. This tweak can be found for $.99 under the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
