Does this look like it comes with the lens cover?

I'm getting ready to replace either the lens cover or the entire back plate for my iPhone 4. I saw this on eBay, and was wondering if you guys think it comes with the lens cover.

The lens cover is on the back plate so the answer is yes. I got a clear back plate for my phone and have my original one for backup.

Did you do the replacement yourself? It looks easy to do, but iresq.com video description said it was difficult.
Though that just may be a marketing ploy lol

Its very easy 2 screws and the back cover is off.

yeah its easy, just two screws just like the video. I have an ATT phone, i dont think it would be different for Verizon if thats what you have. This will void your warranty if you still have one though.
