Stabilizer and wide angle lens?

Hi, I am a real estate agent and I'm looking for a good stabilizer to shoot video walk throughs of houses and also a good wide angle lens to shoot still of the rooms. I am using an iPhone 7 plus.

I would like to keep cost down. Originally I was looking at the steadi cam smoothie and the olloclip wide angle lens(???). I forget the exact name. I read reviews saying the steadi cam is really heavy and takes forever to balance and that the wide angle lens scratches the space black iPhone and lens. So Im kind of stuck bc those looked like two good options until I read reviews

I've never seen one with a phone, but the GoPro version of this brand is unbelievably amazing.

You can take partial panoramic shots to simulate a wide angle shot. The 7 already has image stabilization and may shoot video good enough for walk throughs. You can also pull a picture out of the video.

I don't know about you, but if I ask for a "wife" angled lens, i'm betting my wife wouldn't appreciate it...
