Desktop Iphone Manager

Is there a decent desktop app that will allow me to manage stuff on my iphone? I really dont like itunes, and itunes will not allow me to see everything on my device.

I would like to be able to see all my contacts, and delete out dated ones. I would like to be able to delete photos, or mp3s. I would like to be able to use drag and drop to send ringtones or mp3s or even apps to whatever directories they would be in without ever using itunes.

Palm had Palm Desktop that allowed you to do such a thing. I am looking for a similar app as that on my iphone.

I dont think so the easiest way is just to manage them through the iPhone itself. I am also quite dissapointed in how limited iTunes resources are. P.s.
