Copy sms from old 3GS to old iPhone4

Hi.
I have a iPhone 3GS that i use as my primary/work phone and a iPhone 4 my private phone. How do i get all the sms messages from 3GS to iPhone 4 WITHOUT resetting all my games on the iPhone 4???
