Contact Info Automatically Added

So I found this weird. I was in the process of selling my car on craigslist. I exchanged numbers with a potential buyer and we started texting. She informed me that my full name had automatically appeared as the contact i.d. before she even added and saved it herself. Is that supposed to happen? Any reason for it happening?

Could the lady by some coincidence have been in touch with you before about some previous advertisement you may have placed on Craig's List or elsewhere? Your name would then be already stored on her phone.
