Computer Crashed...lost everything

computer crashed...i can live with that
had to reformat to get her runniing again,lossing pictures of my son from the last two months and all my new d/Led music(not itunes)i can live with that too.
now,when i try to sync my phone to get the music off of it,all mixsets i dont want to lose,it says it is gonna delete everything off the phone to sync with the itunes on the fresh computer.

what do i need to access my phones harddrive to drag/drop the files off the phone to my computer???

i used to have the same problem and would need to transfer files from the iphone to pc or mac, there are a number of tools but since i have not used it in a while i dont remember which free tool i used to use, here is one from google iPhone to PC Transfer-easily transfer from iphone to pc all you do is type iphone to pc/mac transfer and you will find a number of apps you can use, some free some not. but you dont have to be jailbroken and it does not matter if you are or not hope this helps
