Comcast xfinity app issues

Ok I'm not sure but my Comcast xfinity app will not play shows. The "other" xfinity app that let's you change Chanel's works fine... I contacted Comcast and they had no answers... I'm jail broken on a ip5 with 6.1.2 and that's the only problem I'm having with the phone. My iPad 3 which is also jail broken will not play the app either..

I did, however, go ahead and update the iPad to the current firmware and now it's obviously not jail broken anymore HOWEVER it DOES play the shows now on the app. It works fine now..wtf?

So now it's definitely something in my jail brake. I would love to be able to watch tv on my phone 5 ...any ideas or anyone else have these problems?.

It worked!! Wow.. Thanx. Glad I only lost the jailbake on the iPad.. I was willing to do that... But not the iPhone. Xcon worked beautifully. Thank you.

Glad we had that sorted out. Some apps have "jailbreak" detection, so they'll either straight crash or crop up a pop-up saying you need a clean iOS and not a jailbroken iOS to run this app.
