Apple is officially scheduled to unveil the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C next Tuesday, September 10th. The new iPhone models should start shipping on September 20th, supporting Chinese operators; China Unicom, China Telecom, and China Mobile. Unfortunately, it seems that devices supporting China Mobile will not launch until November due to a 4G licensing issue.

MyDrivers.com reports that Apple will hold China's own satellite launch event, inviting all three operators, on September 11th in Beijing. Apple has also reportedly blocked all employee holidays starting September 20th, further confirming the launch date.

According to the report, China Mobile's 4D TD-LTE License was supposed to be issued to the operator around October 1st by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This date has been delayed and will now be issued some time until November. Due to lack of licensing, China Mobile may not start selling the new iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C until November.
