Chillingo’s Disco Kitten Shuffles Onto the App Store

Just the name Disco Kitten alone is enough to make me want to download this quirky, cute little game that Chillingo has just released, but it’s also a lot of fun to play as well. The unique blend of original artwork and a pumping disco soundtrack adds up to a really cool game, where you get to play as Punka, the Disco Kitten, collecting energy from canisters to feed Bunka, the giant, starving cat head. The longer you last, the faster and faster the music goes, making it much harder to keep up. Gameplay is very simple, all you have to do is tap to move. Do really well and you’ll even get to unlock Disco Mode! Disco Kitten is created by IJ Software, and the game has just been featured as “New and Noteworthy” in the iTunes Store, so it’s not just me who’s smitten with this dancing kitten!
