Cant send or recieve iMessage after changeing fr.o.m. 4s to 3GS

I submitted My 4s för warranty repair and changed back to My 3GS.. But now i cant send or recive iMessage in the phone.

Here is à Pretty good recap of ny problem, the only different is that iMessage never worked after i changed sim.

I have done a reset of all settings aswell, without results.

Any1 have som idea?

Of Coures you can't...probably your version is: 4.2.1 and iMessage is available only in version 5.0+

The 3GS is capable of being on IOS 5.0+

Although, iMessage shouldn't be affected by sim swaps. Unless your caller ID is your phone number.

Try using an email address as your caller ID for iMessage. iMessage just uses data to work. It has nothing to do with your carrier.

If that doesn't work, try this:

Ofcourse i havent ios 4.XX

Im using ios 5.01

And the problem isn't that i cant get my phone to "accept" imessage, as is tryes to send imessage to friends that have iphone. The problem is that it can't send imessage nor recive.

I have tried switchinc caller-id, but no change. and tried resetting network settings like 100 times.

The problem that i have is that the imessage gets to the errormessage "not delivered"

Oops sorry I thought you wrote you have an iPhone 3G

Please check on the Settings---Messages. Turn on iMessage if it is off.
