Can I retrieve or reset a gmail password using the iphones Mail app?

I use the iphone mail app, I have configured several gmail account in the app.
Unfortunately, the Mail app is the only way I can access one of those account because I have lost the password. Now I am upgrading to another type of phone. Is there any way to retrieve or reset my password using the Mail app? Thanks

If you can’t login via browser, you won’t be able to retrieve your password.

Enter your email address on this site:
Sign in – Google accounts
and follow the instructions to recover/access your account online.
