Camera apps not using "Camera Roll"

My Top Camera app has its own folder, so I cant' use it with apps that get their incoming data from Camera Roll. Are there any camera apps that put their pictures into Camera Roll? I actually like the bundled camera app OK but sometimes want a digital zoom.
In general, there doesn't seem to be a way of using multiple apps with the same files, which I do frequently on computers. Or is there?

Camera Genius is great and uses the native camera roll/photostream. Thanks for directing me to Top Camera.... I have been looking for the opposite, a camera app that does not use the camera roll/photostream. Now I can use my phone to take pics of parking spaces/specialty light bulbs/ notes/etc without having to add those boring pics to my photostream!

And thank you for teaching me to use TopCamera for the same reason. It had not occurred to me!
