Call forwarding

Hi guy's,

Have a little question...
I use my IPhone for work and personal use wich is great. The phone is mine but the simcard is from work.
So that means i dodn't have to wurry about costs.

Downside is that every contact from work can reach me even during my holiday's.
Is there a way, maybe in the form of a app, to forward my work-contacts directly to my viocemail?
