Calendar week start day

I have an iPhone 4 and a 4S. Both are running ios 5.1.1. In Calendar month view the week starts on a Sunday. On my iMac the week starts on Monday. How can I get my phone calendar week to display starting on Monday just like my Mac.

There is no direct way to change the week start day for Calendar on the iPhone. However, there is a workaround. As the start-day is linked to your regional settings, you might have set it up for the UK or other UK-system based region such as Australia or South Africa. Try setting your region to Ireland or USA by going to Settings > General > International and changing the Region Format.

If the settings are not immediately applied, restart your iPhone.

My 4s is set up as uk and in the month view of my calendar app, the week starts on Monday

Thanks for the answer. I am in Australia but have changed to UK Regional Format and the week now starts on Monday. I cannot imagine what the Australia Regional Format starts on Sunday. Tks.
