Ok so went to check email and realized i forgot to turn off Bluetooth on so i went to my settings and got this
then after tapping it couldn't do anything 
anyone else had this problem, to fix i just restarted phone, but i shouldn't have to >.> (phone is iphone 4s 64GB black)
