Bluetooth connection

I can't connect my iPhone using bluetooth to my Windows 7/64 bit PC.
Please help...

Would it help me, if I installed Windows 7/32 bit?

You cannot connect via blue tooth use iTunes to connect via USB

only i can stream audio to the comp with bluetooth
unable to file transfer
