Blocking app messages

How do I block stupid app/game messages that I had already deleted?

If you mean ads etc, you can try going into settings | cellular | then scroll down and turn off "use cellular data for": select your app/game. You'll get a warning when you first open the app/game, but no more ads/messages. And this only works for apps that don't require online access for content.
