Blank html app icon

I have just noticed this icon appearing on my springboard. I cannot remove this icon nor do I know what it is from. I have resprung, rebooted, used Iwipecache and iretiner to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok I figured it out. I forgot I had installed a learn HTML app. Guess it didn't work with my phone and didn't realize it at the time of install. I uninstalled it and it went away You can close or remove this thread if you like.
