Best iPhone Duo Case?

I typically buy Apple cases when I get a new phone and have been really happy with them, but I'm not sure if Apple's two choices are the way to go. The standard Duo case looks a bit blah, and the Duo Folio doesn't seem to protect the corners enough. Has anyone seen a good Duo leather case, or something else that looks minimalist but still protects the corners well?

I personally like to go with a non-hinge protection case to keep the phone slim, and my choice of case is carbon fiber thin black
