Basic EQ - tone control - for all sources

This was asked by someone else a couple of years ago, but the two replies evaporated! I'm looking for an EQ app that will boost/cut bass and treble just like the classic hi-fi knobs used to. Want to use it on BBC Sounds and some podcasts. No need for a player, or clueless tone presets like Apple's inbuilt ones!
