I recently switched from a Samsung S7 edge to an iPhone X and used backuptrans to transfer whatsapp. Unfortunately I cannot access the media files (neither photos nor videos or audio) on the new iPhone X.
During the process the software also transferred all the media files but somehow I cannot open them in the app.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it?
