Backup Mailbox's and logins not email content

I have a yahoo.app with over 50 mailboxes and I just want to be able to restore this with at least the user login. Not sure if it will save the password but its takes forever to bring in the mailboxes one by one again.

In Android its a breeze. I use Titanium Backup and as long as I save what is called accounts and the yahoo app and data I can restore all mailboxes including username login and passwords. The mailboxes are ready to open immediately without having to re-login again.

Does iTunes and iCloud do the same or do they just backup the app without the data? How can I test this.

An iTunes or iCloud backup will back up the data for every app on your iPhone. This includes your mail app with all mailboxes present on your iPhone at the time the backup was made.
