Backup issues with iPhone 5

Hi all,

Can anyone shed some light on how to fix a backup problem with my iPhone 5?

I've tried to backup my phone to iCloud but it won't work. Looks like there's not enough space on iCloud. No worries, so I decided to backup via iTunes to my PC.

I have the latest version of iTunes and the latest iOS version on my phone. I've tried rebooting both the phone and the PC but I always get a message during backup that there's not enough disk space on the PC hard drive to perform the backup.

The PC has plenty of hard disk space. I've checked several times. Not too sure what my next step will be?? All I want to do is backup my photos and contacts. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you double check the iTunes version number? We had a case a few weeks back where iTunes was reporting it was the latest but was not. It should be 12.5.1.

Hey thanks Kevin. I managed to get the photos across to my PC by downloading the iOS drivers and essentially bypassing iTunes. Still not sure what the issue was though [emoji848]
