Backup a jailbreak iphone4

I Am using iPhone 4 iOS 4.1 and I would like to find a way to backup all of my device content ( especially app that I've download from installus) I try once to connect my iPhone to iTunes on my pc but the iTunes deleted all of my apps ( from installus) when I pressed the sync.
I did choose on installus settings " iTunes sync on" .

you must first install appsync4.0 or 4.1....its there in cydia

Ok I will, and by that it will fix the problem that the iTunes is deleting my apps?

Correction- I already have appsync 4.1 installed.

iTunes doesn't recognise cracked apps because it's piracy. It will only sync apps you've paid for.

I know I'm not admin but I'm sure Danny will be along soon to tell you that discussing cracked apps is against forum rules...
