ATT + HSPA Speeds

I live in the Houston area with ATT as my carrier. Supposedly the have HSPA (ie 4G lite) type speeds in this area, which my 4S supposedly can handle.
Any idea how I could tell I am hooked into this type network when I go into Houston? Aside from trying to D/L War and Peace in under 2 min somewhere?

Ah, never mind - I found the ATT HSPA+ coverage map for Houston and my area is included in it. I'll run a Speed-Test to see if they are lying or not.
