Apps won't Open

Hi,
Most of the Apps on my iPhone4 won't open. Deleted the apps and reinstalled but still the same result. Is there anyone out there that can help.

What is that case? App can not be open? I guess there is something wrong with screen,can you touch it normally?

Ya know...more details would really help...like device. iOS version, stock or jailbroken. If jailbroken, what tweaks do you have installed.
