Apps keep re-installing after deletion.need help

Jailbroken iphone 4s on ios 6.1
Apps keep to appear again and again on my iphone despite i have removed them but they insist to appear againt when i respring, reboot the iphone or install a new app.I have tried every thing on the web but helpless. Is this a problem of ios 6.1 , jailbreak or what??????

If we're talking about Cydia apps and tweaks, then you'll have to uninstall them directly from Cydia.

Same problem here. iPhone 4S iOS 6.1.1
