According to the latest intel, Apple may be ditching Samsung this year for the production of the A10 chipset for the iPhone 7. Supposedly, TSMC will be awarded the full contract for the A10 chipset in Apple's latest flagship. This is because TSMC's cutting edge 10nm fabrication process will begin in June in slow numbers, but will be ready for full production in 2017.

Here at HQ, we aren't sure if we buy this particular rumor but we are reporting it just in case it turns out to be true, because it would be a big shift for Apple. Also, we've heard this same rumor for years just before a new iPhone. Apple has been supposedly looking to ditch Samsung for a very long time, but it hasn't happened yet. What do you folks think?
