The award never showed up here in Canada.
Weird. Usually, it’s more likely you get awards, and they show up before mine/ours. I found the announcement/award icon two days ago.

Problem solved. I rebooted both my iPhone and Apple Watch and the award now shows up. Time for a good walk this afternoon.
