Earlier this month, Apple surprised us with a a huge beta firmware update, iOS 9.3. The update brought many new features 3D Touch, Night Shift mode, Notes, Wallet and many more.

On Monday, Apple shipped out iOS 9.3 beta 2 to developers alongside watchOS 2.2 beta 2. The new iOS beta firmware adds a new toggle for Night Shift mode in Control Center.

Enabling Night Shift mode changes the amount of blue light emitting from a device at a given time. Studies have show that blue light can disrupt a person's sleep and circadian rhythm.

iOS 9.3 can now be updated by developers running the first beta via Over The Air update.

I can pretty much guarantee that looking at your phone while trying to sleep is the number 1 reason your sleep is getting disrupted, not the blue color lol. Turn your phone off, place it away from you, go to bed, close your eyes and sleep. It's alright, really, life won't pass you by. No software update needed. You're welcome...
