Why when i want to update tango they write for me you cannot update this software since you have not owned the major version of the software. PLZ HELP

ifs its a legit apple copy from app store then contact app store if it shows on your phone you paid for it.
if it somehow is a blackmarket app then you are in a no update situation.

Try re-installing it again
