Anyone with blueant q1 bluetooth

Is there a way to make it so that the bluetooth goes straight to the voice control on my iphone 4? Also, is there a way to transfer my contacts into the headset so that when a call comes in, it tells me who's calling and not the phone number? I have the latest firmware on both my iphone 4 and my blueant q1.

Nevermind, I just turned off the voice control and install iAnnounce through cydia. Turning off the voice control makes it go straight to the voice control on the iphone, and also cancels the default call announce which only announces the number. Installing iAnnounce announces the caller through the headset then plays the ringtone in the default iphone voice.
